Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes

The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on more info this twenty-fifth of August, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was presided over Mr. Brown, with a quorum of homeowners in attendance.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The HOA is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to strengthen the standard of life for all residents while resolving present concerns and promoting a thriving community.

  • Among the proposed amendments are guidelines related to landscaping, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments thoroughly and forward their feedback by August 15th.
  • A public forum will be arranged on August 3rd to discuss the proposed amendments in further elaboration.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the HOA Office.

A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!

Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our thriving community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program.
